Meet Tracy Scroggins, the appraiser behind Red’s Residential Appraisal Services.

A career built around properties and people.
Tracy began her banking career in Stephenville in 2005 and moved to Granbury in 2008. Her work grew to include construction draw monitoring, appraisal review, and property evaluations.
That hands-on experience led her into appraisal training. She became a Texas Licensed Residential Appraiser in February 2020 and has accumulated more than 4,000 hours of appraisal experience.
Through Red’s, Tracy brings together her professional background and her knowledge of North Central Texas. Her approach starts with understanding the property, its location, and the purpose of the assignment.
